Who we are

What we collect

• Form submissions. If you use our forms (Start building, Investors or Contact), we collect your name, email address and the details you choose to give us, such as phone number, role, stage, sector, idea, audience, city, firm, topic and message.
• Usage events. We record which pages are viewed and which buttons or links are clicked, together with the page path, referring page, browser user agent, and a random session identifier. The identifier is stored in your browser's local storage. It does not contain your name or email address.
• Hosting and request logs. Our hosting providers may keep standard technical request logs (such as IP address and timestamp) to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and decide who we work with.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and fix what is not.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes the data

• Cloudflare hosts the website, processes requests to it, and stores form submissions and usage events in its D1 database.
• Telegram: each new form submission is sent as a notification to the founders.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept while we consider them and for as long as we are in touch with you. Usage events are kept only as long as needed to understand site use. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. If you tell us you do not want to be contacted, we will stop contacting you and delete your submission.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only for the session identifier above.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@ospyr.com. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, these are rights you can exercise under that Act. To raise a complaint, see Grievance redressal.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
