What is Ospyr Ventures?
Ospyr Ventures builds businesses alongside founders, influencers and creators, and entrepreneurs with an idea, from the first idea through launch and scale. Starting a company should be about the idea, not everything standing in its way.
Is Ospyr Ventures the same as Ospyr?
No. Ospyr Ventures is the company. Ospyr is our first product, with its own website at ospyr.com.
Who do you build with?
Founders with an idea or an early business, influencers and creators who want a brand of their own, and entrepreneurs who want to start something, even without an idea yet.
Do I need my own idea?
No. Bring your own idea, or build one of ours.
How do you charge?
Depending on the business, we work for a fee, for equity, or both. We agree the arrangement clearly before we start.
Will I keep control of my company?
Yes. It is your company, and in most cases founders keep the majority.
Do you only work with D2C brands?
No. We build across sectors, but direct-to-consumer brands are where we are strongest.
Do I have to move to work with you?
No. We work with founders anywhere in India, and we are expanding internationally.
Can you help us raise money?
We are building partnerships with venture capital firms to help fund the businesses we build.
Who founded Ospyr Ventures?
Ospyr Ventures was co-founded by Harshal Gandhi (Director, Co-founder and CEO) and Hitesh P (Director, Co-founder and CTO). Bhavya Singh is a founding team member and the CMO.
Where is Ospyr Ventures based?
In Bengaluru, India. The registered office is No. 1190/1, Fourth Floor, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. We work with founders anywhere in India.
Is Ospyr Ventures a registered company?
Yes. OSPYR VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 21 August 2026 in Karnataka (CIN U62020KA2026PTC226517) and is recognised by DPIIT under Startup India.
Is Ospyr Ventures an incubator, an accelerator or a VC?
None of those. We are a venture builder: we build the business with you, hands on, from the idea to scale. We do not run cohorts or fixed programmes, and we partner with venture capital firms for funding rather than being one.
What does Ospyr Ventures actually do?
Everything a business needs end to end: brand and identity, product and supply, manufacturers through our marketplace, your website and storefront, retail and distribution, quick commerce, growth and marketing, PR and collaborations, systems and software, legal and finance, people and operations, and introductions to capital.
What is the Ospyr manufacturer marketplace?
Part of Ospyr, our product. It connects businesses directly with manufacturers so they can compare quotes, place orders and track production without middlemen. We are onboarding manufacturers now.
Can you get my brand on quick-commerce apps and into retail?
Yes. We handle listing and stocking on quick-commerce apps, online marketplaces, distributors and retail shelves, as part of building the brand.
